DESCRIPTION:Rules and Instructions for Set Up\n\n\n\nYou hereby certify that you have read the rules and instructions for setup in its entiirety and fully agree to abide by the rules\, terms and conditions stated herein. You also agree to indemnify\, defend and hold harmless\, Black Dot Cultural Center and the City of Stonecrest\, including its officers\, directors\, employees\, agents and /or volunteers\, from any and all demands\, claims or liability of any nature\, caused by or arising out of the performance of this agreement. This application is hereby made according to the requirements of the code of ordinances City of Stonecrest Georgia for permission to vend in a specific place exhibiting wares and selling them in the designated time frame of the event organizer. \n\n\n\n\nNO FOOD VENDORS\n\n\n\nVendor Fee of $100.00 must be made by 12:00 pm September 19\, 2024.Applications. are on a first come first serve basis.\n\n\n\nVendors Set Up 11:30 am – 2:30 pm on day of the event.\n\n\n\nAll cars must be off the field by 2:30 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.\n\n\n\nCars will not be allowed on the field for breakdown until guests have left.\n\n\n\nEach vendor will receive a 10 x 10 white tent\, a 6 ft table\, and 2 chairs (No Tablecloth).\n\n\n\nVendors will be assigned spaces upon arrival. Tents cannot be moved.\n\n\n\nVendors must maintain a clean and organized booth throughout the event. All trash and debris must be properlydisposed of in designated areas.\n\n\n\nVendors must not sell any illegal or counterfeit items. Any items found to be in violation of this rule will beimmediately confiscated.\n\n\n\nVendors must not play music or make any noise that disturbs nearby vendors or event attendees. Any music or noise must be kept at a reasonable volume.\n\n\n\nVendors must not block or obstruct any pathways or walkways.\n\n\n\nVendors must be respectful and courteous to all event staff\, attendees\, and fellow vendors.\n\n\n\nVendors must adhere to all parking and traffic regulations in the event area.\n\n\n\nFailure to comply with any of these rules may result in removal from the event and revocation of the vendor permit.
